Code of Conduct

Participant code of conduct

I welcome you to YogaRoo, where I aim to provide a warm, safe yogic environment for you to develop your practice and respect those we share our space with.

Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure we maintain our lovely, peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.

  • For the smooth running and enjoyment of all classes, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the class is due to start. I am unable to admit anyone arriving once the class has started and you will not receive a refund. If you are late please do not knock as you will not be given access and you will disturb the class in progress - Thank you for your understanding

  • Ensure your mobile phone is on silent once you arrive at class.

  • Practise the yogic principle of SAUCHA, which means cleanliness of mind, body, spirit and surroundings. Please wear shoes when leaving the class– eg to use the toilets. This ensures our space is kept to a high standard of cleanliness

  • Please avoid standing on anyone else’s yoga mat

  • Let me know of any injuries before the start of the yoga session, this will allow me to offer appropriate modifications and adaptations where necessary
